What is a gift card?

A gift card is a pre-loaded card that can be used on all restaurants across the restaurants registered on dinepartner.com.

What are the benefits of a gift card?

Imagine you are treating a newly married couple in a restaurant without interfering in their romantic dinner; it’s your kid’s birthday and you are out of town or you need to take a treat from a friend living in another city.

How can I use a gift card?

Take a print of the gift card from your dashboard or simply show it to the restaurant when you dine. The balance shown on the e-card will be changed (after usage) at midnight.

How can I send a loaded card to my friend?

Go to your dashboard panel, in the gift card section you will find a share link. Fill the form First Name; Last Name; Cell Number; CNIC (optional) and email. Once shared, the system will send the link. The card must be loaded for sharing. Once shared, your dashboard will be showing transaction history, while the card will now be shown to the new owner only with status gifted to and with his/her ownership on it.

Please change the status from “inactive” to “active” before sharing.

How can I add balance to my gift card?

Go to your dashboard, in the Gift Card Section create a new card. The card will be created against your name, showing CVC (Card Verification Code), Status of Card (active/ Inactive/gifted), Card number and zero balance on it. Now click on recharge button and follow the steps. Initially, you can load it via bank transfer, credit card and debit card only.

Soon you will be able to charge it via Jazz Cash, Easy Money and other services.

What is the value of a gift card?

The value of a gift card varies and you can load any amount. The minimum amount can be PKR 2000.00 for spending and with the maximum PKR 25,000.00. The gift card is useable at all restaurants in Pakistan but must be booked through dinepartner.com

Do I need to spend all gift card balance at once?

No, the card will act like a pre-paid electronic card. You can use it multiple times before expiry with minimum spending of PKR 2000.00 at a time.

How to apply for a gift Card?

Go to your dashboard; access Gift Card Section on the left of your dashboard option. Click on “apply for a gift card” and create new card. The card will be, by default, bearing account holder’s data, CVC code, expiry date, card number and inactive status.

In our reward points system, you get reward points for dining. The points can be redeemed on particular restaurants that are enrolled in the program. Reward points are shown on the search card of each property.

What are welcome points in the reward system?

System rewards you 500 points on welcome. The welcome balance is awarded to every account holder.

How does the reward system work?

A welcome balance is awarded to every account holder by default. This balance can be increased by dining at specific restaurants that shows the particular points on it.

How can I check my reward points?

Login to your Dashboard, on the left panel check on Reward Points and click it. This will show your reward points on top right of your window.

What are reward redemption tiers?

The reward redemption tiers are 2,000, 50,00, 10,000 and 20,000. You can redeem your points when you reach the redemption level. The tiers are visible in your “Reward Points” on your dashboard panel.

How can I redeem my reward points?

Once you reach the redemption point, click on redeem my reward points. The request will be sent for approval. Once approved follow the next steps.

How can I activate my reward card?

After approval of redemption points, a card will appear in your Reward Points option. Now please write a restaurant name and click on activate. The activate request will be sent to Reward Admin. Once approved; the card will be appearing with balance shown on it for that specific restaurant.

Why do I need a restaurant name for reward card activation?

The restaurants participate in Reward program in different capacities and are free to exit at any time. The name is necessary to cross check restaurant status in program and to return the agreed value of redemption points.

Is there any expiry time after activation of reward card activation?

Yes, the activated card must be used within 12 months of activation.

Do my reward points expire?

The reward points are valid for three years from the time they were earned. The earned reward points must be spent within the due time before expiry.

How to qualify for reward system?

Make an account on dinepartner.com and start booking your favorite restaurants. The reward points are shown on restaurant cards. Earn them and redeem them accordingly.

You must dine at least once a year to keep yourself in the reward program.

Will I be notified before my reward points expire?

How am I supposed to Pay the outstanding commissions of dinepartner.com?

The system will automatically trigger an email about outstanding amount with invoice attached. The same will be shown in your payment section & will also reflect in your wallet. The invoice will be bearing all transaction details, transaction fees, respective dinepartner.com percentage for all packages that applies and with banking details. You will need to deposit the amount without any deduction into the said account.

If your wallet has some balance in it. The percentage will be deducted from it and the rest will be deposited to your accounts.

Can I make some internal Spending for featured listing?

DinePartner.com is offering you a way to make yourself more prominent. With internal spending from your wallet, you can promote your restaurant as featured restaurant. Soon this feature will be available to you.
